WELCOME TO THE KIA!

The Karate Institute of America is an open martial arts association that welcomes members from all different martial arts styles to participate in our tournaments and events.  Centered in Cleveland, Ohio, the KI has members and hosts tournaments and events throughout the Midwest. 

The KIA strives to provide programs that are beneficial for all schools regardless of their specific style of martial art or curriculum.  Please check out the different events and tournaments offered through the year and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have!


INDIVIDUAL KIA MEMBERSHIP

Join the KIA and obtain the benefits of significantly reduced rates on all KIA tournaments and events!  As part of your KIA membership, members earn points in competition as part of the Annual Point Series.  The top three places in each competitive division are recognized each year at the KIA National Weekend and a special honor is also given to the Points Grand Champion!
